Carmel Rabin is the Project Manager for Research and Evaluation for the Center on Aging and Trauma. In her role, she is responsible for developing evaluation strategies, analyzing program findings, and reporting results. Prior to joining the team, Carmel worked on monitoring and evaluating activities for domestic and international development programs. She also has experience in public policy, advocacy, and crisis counseling. Carmel has an MA in Development Studies from Erasmus University in Rotterdam, Netherlands, an MA in International Relations from Syracuse University, and a BA in International Affairs from the University of Cincinnati. She also completed a graduate exchange program at Hertie School of Governance in Berlin, Germany.
